Front desk:
Floor distance marking, disinfection of room cards, fast check-in/check out.

Restaurant/Bar:
Reduction of tables, ensuring required sitting distances, personal service at the buffet breakfast, and regular disinfection of all surfaces.

Housekeeping:
Cleaning and disinfection program based on health protocol, removal of decorative objects, cleaning and disinfection of surfaces with a steam cleaner, and change of arrival/departure time for sufficient cleaning and ventilation of the rooms.

Hotel personnel:
Trained staff on the official protocols of hygiene and Covid-19 case management, provided with all the necessary personal protective equipment, reduced the number of people in the workplace, maintaining safety distances between employees.
