OUR TOP PRIORITY – OUR GUESTS

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to the emergency situations that have arisen in the field of tourism from the global pandemic of Covid-19 and in order to facilitate and make more flexible booking options, the management of Hyperion City Hotel decided to change the cancellation policy of your upcoming bookings for throughout 2021. This means that for any booking you make at our Official Rates there will be no cancellation fees, unless you decide to cancel your booking on the same date of your arrival where the hotel will maintain 20% of your total accommodation. Our personal encouragement for as long as the pandemic lasts is DO NOT choose the Non-Refundable rates but only the Official Rates so that you can have the above cancellation flexible options.
