This means that for any booking you make at our Official Rates there will be no cancellation fees, unless you decide to cancel your booking on the same date of your arrival where the hotel will maintain 20% of your total accommodation. Our personal encouragement for as long as the pandemic lasts is DO NOT choose the Non-Refundable rates but only the Official Rates so that you can have the above cancellation flexible options.

PUBLIC SPACES: Thermal cameras for recognizing body temperature at the entrances of the Hotel, cleaning the surface with increased frequency, stations with hand disinfection machines, maximum use of elevators for up to two people, marking a reminder to maintain social status.
FRONT DESK: Floor distance marking, disinfection of room cards, fast check-in/check out.
RESTAURANT/BAR: Reduction of tables, ensuring required sitting distances, personal service at the buffet breakfast, regular disinfection of all surfaces.
HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning and disinfection program based on health protocol, removal of decorative objects, cleaning and disinfection of surfaces with a steam cleaner, change of arrival/departure time for sufficient cleaning and ventilation of the rooms.
